EFFE: Light.Move.Festival.
Light. Move. Festival. is a cultural event held in the public spaces of Łódź, based on the presentation of visual art projects. The combination of light, image, sound and new technologies is empowering unique creations. During the festival artistic illuminations, video projections and light installations spread all over Łódź, as well as audiovisual concerts, exhibitions and shows. The power of electricity chosen by artists as their main creative tool forms the scenery of this urban art gallery.
